When Beyonics approached us, their plans were to revamp their current management system, both the software as well as policies. We started by performing the initial requirement studies, to find out their current workplace practices so that we can provide them with recommendations as well as a benchmark with the current best practices in the market. This is where we discovered, there was a lot of manual works and unnecessary procedures that can be neglected by improving their current policies, as well as implementing new SOPs, to speed up their daily HR processes as well as its accuracy.
Overall, this project was a long but successful undertaking, although there were minor conflicts with different departments when there was a change of SOPs. The conflict was well managed by our project manager, Alan and further arrangement were made, and we were able to reach a consensus. The new system was tested parallelly with their current system, and after 8 months, it has successfully gone live, and in one year we manage to fully hand over to our support team.
