When we engaged FOS, there were in the midst of scouting for HR system to replace their current one. We did an initial requirement studies to find out what they have in mind, and what might their business requires. Based on the studies, we realize they do have well planned and thought, policies and practices, the only draw back is the software they are currently using, which reduces their productivity, due to a long processing time and inaccuracy.
In conclusion, both us and FOS, reach an agreement, that what they require is a change of their current payroll system, with an addition of HRIS and an employee self-service portal for them to update their current marital status & newborns, and checking payslip/EA online. Overall this project went smoothly, and it was pleasant working with FOS.
