Just 2 weeks ago, we happened to meet up with one of our friend, who is a senior HR consultant with more than 30 years of experience serving companies around SEA. During our conversation, we asked her on what she think are the key HR challenges faced by most of the companies today.
She answered Two things, Staff Retention & Employee Engagement. As she explained the reasoning behind this, she concluded that, there are three key factors:

She further explained that this should not come as a surprise, because by human nature we all seek advancement, no matter who it is, it is only a matter of time before we felt there are so much more potential in us, and it will eventually drive us to take action, Therefore, it is crucial for companies to take appropriate action to retain their staff.
